  1. Delivery Schedule:

Deliveries are typically scheduled for Monday to Saturday, between 7am and 9pm, excluding Bank Holidays. You will be notified at least a day before the delivery with a 4-hour time slot. Our driver also calls the customers an hour before the delivery.

  1. Estimated Delivery Times:

The delivery estimates provided on this website are not guaranteed but serve as a guide for when you can anticipate your order. Please be aware that delivery times may vary based on the product category and delivery location.

  • We aim to dispatch orders between 7-14 working days for delivery within 2-3 weeks after the order payment received.
  • Accessories/Stock Items: All our stock items such as footstools, pillows, mattress protectors etc. are dispatched 1-3 days for a fast delivery.
  1. Remote Areas Delivery:

We offer free delivery to standard mainland UK areas, however, delivery to remote areas within the United Kingdom will involve an additional delivery charge and take 3-5 weeks approximately. Any variations from our estimated delivery times will be discussed at the time of order placement.

  1. Assessing Access:

Please carefully measure the area, tight corners, narrow staircases and doorways to ensure that the bed or furniture ordered goes through and fits into your home. If any doubts, please feel free to consult our team on 01924 928065.

  1. Receiving Your Order:

Customers must be present at the delivery address to sign and acknowledge the receipt and acceptance of the delivery.

  1. Quality Checks Upon Delivery:

We maintain a high standard of quality. All our orders undergo a thorough quality assessment and is cross-checked against the order specifications. While issues such as damage or inaccuracies are rare, it's essential that you inspect your products. You will be asked to confirm and sign that the products are in excellent condition and match your specifications. If you encounter any issues during the inspection, please inform our delivery team or contact us immediately so that we can promptly address the matter.

Additional Delivery Charges: For delivery to the following areas, additional charges apply:

  • BH, CA, CT, DG, DT, FK, IP, KA, KY, NR, SY, NP: £40 charge
  • AB, CF, DD, EX, LD, LL, PA, PH, PL, SA, TA, TQ, TR: £60 charge
  • IV, KW: £90 charge
  1. International Delivery:

At present, we don’t offer international deliveries. We appreciate the interest from overseas customers but can only accommodate orders if the customer arranges and coordinates collection from our factory in West Yorkshire.
